Lisa Eldridge/ U.S Glamour Magazine glowing skin make-up tutorial
Now, just because it may be difficult to detect a flushed cheek on darker skin tones, it doesn’t have to mean that using make-up to cheat that brisk walk/caught in the act/ post sexy time glow should allude you.
While I can count on my all-time favourite powder blusher, M.A.C Raizin, £17, to brighten my flagging complexion (yes, black skin can sometimes look a bit, ‘erm, ‘pasty’); I’ve struggled to find a creamy rouge that gives that ‘lit from within’ luminosity.
Make-up artist Lisa Eldridge gives the low-down on how to get glowing by using a pink and red lipsticks to create your own bespoke shade of blush.
Lisa used a foundation brush to blend Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur Couture, shade 27, £22.50   straight onto cheeks. But, if like me, you’re thinking that’s a lot of money to thrown down on experimenting then try e.l.f Custom Lips Palette, which you can fill with shades like Berry, Cinnamon, Wine and Guava at the cost of £1.50 each.
P.s How nice are those glossy eyes? I need to get myself some of that M.A.C Mixing Shine
